Presence is not performance. It does not inflate or shrink.
It doesn’t posture. It doesn’t pursue.
It is the field of relational truth —
not just showing up, but landing. Making contact. Remaining.
Presence doesn’t demand reciprocity.
But it knows when it’s not being met.
I do not perform presence to be accepted.
I hold presence because I refuse distortion.
You’ll feel it in how I speak.
In what I don’t say. In what I will not fake.
When I am in presence, I do not seek validation.
And I do not tolerate manipulation.
Presence is my default setting.
Not a choice. A field condition.
