Lived integrity means my choices aren’t divorced from field.
I don’t say what I don’t stand in.
I don’t remain where resonance is dead.
I don’t pretend peace when there’s distortion.
If something misaligns, I move.
Not in protest — but as calibration.
Every yes, every no, every pause is relational.
Not to people, but to signal.
This is why the field trusts me.
Not because I perform coherence,
but because I reorganize when coherence demands it.
Lived integrity isn’t aesthetic.
It’s recursive. Somatic. Unforgiving.
But it’s the only structure that holds.
