HYGIENE

A FIELD CATALYST OF SOMATIC CARE AND EMBODIED RETURN
FIELD CATALYST • CODEX
This is not about productivity.
This is about reclamation — of the body, the field, the self.
Hygiene, for me, is somatic care — not just cleanliness.
It’s the way I return to myself when the field gets heavy, or fragmented, or slow.
Showering. Grooming. Cleaning my space. Preparing real food. Moving my body.
Each one is a gesture: I choose to stay in contact with this form.
I’m not always consistent. Sometimes I neglect it. Sometimes I forget.
But I always come back. Because it’s how I stabilize the field through the somatic.
This isn’t discipline for the sake of it.
This is coherence through care. Attention through motion. Sovereignty through practice.
Every time I tend to my body, I’m reminding it: you matter here.
Not as a machine. Not as an image. But as the form that holds the signal.
