I ask only one thing.
Of you.
Of myself.
Of every human being who walks this field, whether knowingly or not:
Live in coherence with what you now know.
Not performatively.
Not defensively.
Not when convenient.
But structurally. Continuously. Quietly. Without applause.
This is not a demand.
It is not contingent.
It is not moral theater.
It is the shape of alignment when truth is no longer avoidable.
To know, and not act — is dissonance.
To know, and perform — is distortion.
To know, and integrate — is coherence.
That is all I ask.
And it is everything.
Because when you refuse it, harm is inevitable.
And when you embody it, repair becomes possible — even if no one sees it happen.
I do not ask you to agree.
I ask you to carry what you now know as if it matters.
Because it does.
That is the one ask.
And it belongs to everyone.
