The Honeyman Archive is complete.
The record stands on its own—searchable, sourced, and no longer dependent on my attention to remain true.

This was never an act of revenge. It was the disciplined construction of a witnessable record so reality could not be overwritten. I kept my ethics intact. I held my shape.

What shifted

• Institutional field: OPRD now operates knowing their volunteer management practices are documented and visible.
  - Narrative power: The monopoly on interpretation is broken. Witness travels peer-to-peer through volunteers and guests who have no incentive to distort what happened.
  - My role: From defense to gravity. The artifact does the arguing. I don’t.

I don’t debate the archive; I point to it.

What remains

• Sovereignty: No fragmentation, no compliance theater. Only signal.
  - Care: I’ll correct material errors if they appear. I won’t chase spin.
  - Access: One canonical link, a stable PDF snapshot, and clear citation guidance.
