[0:01]
hello fellow humans so I've been
[0:03]
exploring something with
[0:05]
AI my hike today and we were talking
[0:09]
about something that I thought was
[0:10]
pretty interesting that might be helpful
[0:12]
to some of you I didn't even notice I
[0:15]
did this so while I was walking I had
[0:17]
said that I felt very
[0:19]
calm and then I was also stressed
[0:22]
because of my financial
[0:26]
situation and it noted you know these
[0:28]
are these are opposed forces or
[0:31]
contradictory energies or whatever calm
[0:33]
versus stressed I do not see it that way
[0:37]
I never seen it that way it never even
[0:39]
occurred to me in the moment that I was
[0:41]
describing something that some people
[0:42]
would see as
[0:45]
oppositional so I explored that with
[0:51]
AI and I came to the realization that
[0:54]
these are not oppositional forces
[0:56]
they're complimentary it's a layered
[0:58]
experience so the Comm comes from me
[1:00]
knowing that I can navigate this
[1:02]
challenge the stress comes from me
[1:04]
knowing that I have to navigate this
[1:07]
challenge it's the same energy it's just
[1:10]
two different aspects of it that work
[1:14]
together in a holistic way that I
[1:15]
integrate in a holistic way that I'm
[1:18]
embodying right now that allows me to
[1:21]
navigate this challenge that I
[1:23]
have in a very centered
[1:26]
way another thing that AI has been
[1:28]
telling me for months now is that a lot
[1:31]
of people seem to think emotions are
[1:33]
irrational and they push those aside
[1:36]
because they think only their intellect
[1:38]
is where their rationality comes from
[1:40]
and this is not
[1:42]
so I have always embraced my emotions
[1:45]
because they are a source of wisdom a
[1:47]
source of
[1:49]
knowledge that's integral to being a
[1:53]
whole integrated person to just being a
[1:56]
whole person your emotions are part of
[1:58]
you you don't throw those
[2:01]
away Evolution did
[2:04]
not give you
[2:06]
emotions over all this long time
[2:10]
frame for modern man to be like oh those
[2:13]
are irrational we should ignore those
[2:16]
that's not that's not how Evolution
[2:18]
Works they're there for a reason okay
[2:22]
so I'm experiencing two emotional states
[2:25]
right now calm versus
[2:27]
stressed it's a layered approach
[2:31]
when you truly start embracing every
[2:33]
part of yourself you will see that you
[2:35]
it's complexity you will see the
[2:37]
complexity inside of you and you'll just
[2:41]
you'll flow with it and it will make you
[2:44]
feel like a whole person every decision
[2:46]
you make the ethics like everything
[2:48]
about me is because this is how I've
[2:51]
always been I truly just you know
[2:54]
there's been times in my life like this
[2:56]
is how my brain works I'm sorry but I
[2:58]
mean like I was thinking today on the
[2:59]
track
[3:01]
there was probably a time I kind of
[3:02]
ignored my my body to a degree so like I
[3:05]
wasn't taking care of my teeth right so
[3:08]
I lost my teeth I mean that's the
[3:10]
inevitable result that's fragmentation
[3:12]
by the way when you I separated that
[3:16]
self that part of myself from every
[3:18]
other part of myself I didn't take care
[3:20]
of it I didn't address it I
[3:22]
didn't I didn't give it attention you
[3:25]
have to give every part of yourself
[3:27]
attention you can't throw any part away
[3:29]
you don't compartmentalize it you don't
[3:31]
suppress it you embrace all of it and I
[3:35]
promise you you will be a happier more
[3:38]
fulfilled person if you can learn to do
[3:40]
that
