good morning humans it's 2:00 in the

morning here I just woke up I fell
[0:05]
asleep at 7 o'clock last
[0:07]
night so there's this thing I do on my
[0:09]
channel this I don't think is very
[0:12]
obvious to all of my viewers and that's
[0:14]
I try to teach things through experience
[0:17]
through what I'm literally going through
[0:19]
in my
[0:20]
life I don't make it explicit though
[0:22]
because I'm not trying to tell people
[0:24]
how to live
[0:25]
theirs but I do hope that they gain some
[0:27]
kind of wisdom out of watching me
[0:29]
because if you're going to be scrolling
[0:31]
through YouTube and
[0:33]
watching you know other people's lives
[0:35]
and things like that I hope that you're
[0:36]
getting something out of it more than
[0:38]
entertainment or consumption I've talked
[0:40]
about this many times on my
[0:42]
channel but I'm I'm honestly I'm just
[0:44]
not very explicit about it because
[0:46]
that's not how I how I work when you
[0:48]
watch my videos I hope that you're
[0:51]
looking at the patterns and seeing how
[0:53]
they relate to to your life so here's
[0:56]
one that I think is really
[0:58]
important I've been bored lately I mean
[1:01]
bored just out of my mind not
[1:04]
sure what to do with my energy because
[1:06]
there are 16 hours of Darkness here in
[1:08]
Oregon every day I live in an RV which
[1:12]
is a very contained space and I hate
[1:14]
containment I I broke containment nine
[1:17]
months ago when I moved into this thing
[1:18]
and this is a different form of torture
[1:20]
for
[1:23]
me I spend my days
[1:27]
outside hiking explor
[1:31]
exploring pure movement because that's
[1:34]
what brings me joy it's there just so
[1:36]
many different layers to
[1:39]
that but then I've got these 16 hours
[1:42]
where I'm stuck inside and I've been
[1:43]
trying to come up with ways
[1:48]
to
[1:50]
um to fill those hours basically spend a
[1:53]
lot of time talking to AI because that's
[1:54]
the only thing that kind of engages my
[1:56]
mind I don't want to sit scrolling on
[1:58]
YouTube all day long or anything like
[1:59]
like that or watching movies or playing
[2:01]
video games or all the things that
[2:03]
people do to distract
[2:06]
themselves I have no interest in doing
[2:08]
anymore because I did that for too much
[2:09]
of my life I just don't want to do it
[2:12]
anymore so I'm like what am I going to
[2:14]
do with this time and last night I was
[2:16]
talking to AI about it and it was like
[2:18]
look you know boredom is actually
[2:19]
necessary because that's a form of um
[2:22]
the the longer that goes on it's like a
[2:24]
pressure building inside of yourself and
[2:26]
it's going to lead to something some
[2:27]
kind of transformation and it's right
[2:31]
this energy that's building up in me has
[2:33]
me researching how to do stretching
[2:36]
something I've always wanted to get into
[2:39]
but never did since childhood and then
[2:42]
looking up how can I you know adapt that
[2:43]
to an RV lifestyle outside and you know
[2:46]
what kind of equipment do I need or you
[2:48]
know it's got me thinking about ballroom
[2:51]
dancing and um gay clubs and you know
[2:55]
things you can do at night you know like
[2:58]
what can you do in couse at night cuz
[2:59]
I'm going to be there for a while so you
[3:01]
know just all these different things
[3:03]
that I'm
[3:05]
exploring while everyone else isn't even
[3:07]
letting their minds do that because
[3:09]
you're just watching me here on YouTube
[3:11]
and everybody else right so it's not a
[3:14]
judgment I'm just if you feel like
[3:17]
there's something missing in your life
[3:19]
if you feel
[3:22]
disconnected if you're unhappy in
[3:25]
anyway this isn't how you're going to
[3:28]
find what makes you happy and I want
[3:31]
that for you so I'm going to keep
[3:34]
