[1:09] I'll drink this whole thing real fast

[2:02] I just wanted straight potassium so I

[2:05] Amazon so I got this

[2:14] potassium this is what I got at the

[2:16] store it's a small um you know this will

[2:18] probably last a good while though

[2:20] because you really don't need a

[2:22] lot so I love it

[2:26] and even without the chili powder if you

[2:29] just put the salts in there for me

[2:32] that's more drinkable than straight

[2:35] water it truly is so you could try that

[2:38] too but I find putting the chili powder

[2:40] in it gives it a kick that is just

[2:43] absolutely wonderful it's a more complex

[2:46] drink sort of like Pap is so I mean

[2:48] they're not they don't taste the same

[2:50] I'm just saying they're both complex

[2:51] flavors and if you've been drinking that

[2:54] all of your life that's what your body

[2:56] is expecting it's expecting some types
