powder and that's it it's I can drink

can um drink some pops still kind of

gradually move into it but to end up
[0:25]
drinking two or three of these bottles a
[0:27]
day maybe a little more if I'm very
[0:30]
active or to offset the pop is what it
[0:33]
said so I can't remember the proportions

I'd have to look at my phone while I'm
[0:37]
using it to record they can't but I
[0:39]
think it was a half a teaspoon of
[0:42]
Himalayan
[0:43]
salt a/4 teaspoon of the magnesium and
[0:47]
a/4 teaspoon of the
[0:51]
potassium no no no it was a teaspoon of
[0:54]
the pink salt the Himalayan salt a half
[0:56]
a teaspoon of the other two magnesium
[0:58]
and potassium and a qu teaspoon of chili
[1:01]
powder you can put more than that in
[1:03]
here I've done that and you know it's
[1:06]
got heat to it and I can drink it like
[1:09]
I'll drink this whole thing real fast
[1:11]
but Cloud's like don't do that you got
[1:13]
to like cuz you know my system's not
[1:16]
used to getting water
[1:18]
so I'm supposed to sip it but whatever
[1:21]
I'm going to drink this um but you can
[1:23]
also you know use cayenne and paprika
[1:26]
and what's the other one you know the
[1:28]
standard three chili powders you can put
[1:29]
put those in there too I've done that
[1:31]
also I've been experimenting with this I
[1:33]
just didn't have I didn't make it every
[1:36]
day because I didn't have any magnesium
[1:39]
because I couldn't find that at a store
[1:40]
on the coast and the pottassium I had
[1:43]
it's called
[1:44]
um what I originally had was something
[1:48]
that I found at a coastal store and it's
[1:50]
the salt
[1:51]
substitute um and it's potassium but
[1:55]
it's also got these other things in it
[1:56]
that are for anti-caking the salt and
[1:58]
stuff like that and I was like I didn't
[2:00]
want those extra ingredients in my water
[2:02]
I just wanted straight potassium so I
[2:03]
got those two bottles from
[2:05]
Amazon so I got this
[2:09]
magnesium and then
[2:11]
this
[2:14]
potassium this is what I got at the
[2:16]
store it's a small um you know this will
[2:18]
probably last a good while though
[2:20]
because you really don't need a
[2:22]
lot so I love it
[2:26]
and even without the chili powder if you
[2:29]
just put the salts in there for me
[2:32]
that's more drinkable than straight
[2:35]
water it truly is so you could try that
[2:38]
too but I find putting the chili powder
[2:40]
in it gives it a kick that is just
[2:43]
absolutely wonderful it's a more complex
[2:46]
drink sort of like Pap is so I mean
[2:48]
they're not they don't taste the same
[2:50]
I'm just saying they're both complex
[2:51]
flavors and if you've been drinking that
[2:54]
all of your life that's what your body
[2:56]
is expecting it's expecting some types
[2:58]
of complex hyd ation and this is how I
[3:01]
was able to find a solution that will
[3:03]
allow me to actually drink the water
[3:05]
that my body needs this could help
[3:08]
