[0:27] on how much I've changed cuz I'm sitting

[0:31] out here perfectly comfortable despite

[0:33] there being people around quite a lot

[0:36] doing their own thing we're very close

[0:38] to a lake and it's quite pretty but I

[0:41] haven't really gone to check it out yet

[0:42] I don't know if I'll if I will I don't

[0:44] know if I have time I'll see other Lakes

[0:47] so I've seen plenty of lakes on my

[0:50] journey so far and I love

[0:53] them but my focus is somewhere else

[0:55] right

[0:57] now so

[1:00] I want to share something

[1:04] because I think it's

[1:06] important but it will probably be

[1:08] misunderstood by most of

[1:13] you and that's

[1:17] okay if

[1:21] you allow yourself to really listen to

[1:25] my words reflect on those words you'll

[1:29] understand me

[1:30] cuz I'm not that

[1:32] complicated so I woke up with

[1:37] fear not a paralyzing kind of fear

[1:42] just it was a a fear that was

[1:46] acknowledging what I'm about to

[1:48] do because while I had an idea of what I

[1:52] was doing I didn't truly know until last

[1:54] night that's when it became clear

[1:57] because I just I learned a lot more

[1:59] about this environment and it was even

[2:02] greater than I had

[2:05] anticipated

[2:09] and I know that I'm genuinely

[2:12] challenging myself I'm doing this with

[2:16] intention I'm going to be facing some

[2:19] very

[2:21] difficult

[2:25] unpredictable weather my environment is

[2:28] going to test me

[2:30] it's going to test my equipment it's

[2:32] going to test my

[2:34] RV and I cannot know with any kind of

[2:40] certainty what the outcomes of that will

[2:43] be it's simply not possible to

[2:46] know and so I had a little bit of fear

[2:49] this morning I

[2:52] think I think I was probably processing

[2:55] it um unconsciously while I was sleeping

[2:59] just woke up with it I acknowledged it

[3:01] and I explored

[3:03] it that is the difference between me and

[3:07] people who are

[3:09] fragmented I don't ignore my fear I

[3:11] don't run from it I don't use it as as

[3:14] an excuse

[3:17] to root myself in that fear and then and

[3:20] then and then what what's the purpose of

[3:23] that every emotion you have is teaching

[3:25] you something it is wisdom

[3:31] you have to sit with your feelings you

[3:34] have to acknowledge them you have to

[3:35] explore them

[3:38] deeply I'm not experiencing fear right

[3:41] now cuz I understand

[3:44] it and it will come back it abs and

[3:47] flows that's

[3:54] life I I know what I'm about to do

[4:01] I know that it will transform

[4:03] me I cannot know how I cannot even know

[4:08] a certainty that I'll survive this that

[4:10] is a fact that is why there's some

[4:15] fear and it's never a reason to

[4:22] stop I processed my

[4:25] feelings then I got to work I've been

[4:28] organizing my storage phas outside

[4:30] they're quite nice um now that I have

[4:32] the slide in all the time that space up

[4:35] there is

[4:37] just above the

[4:40] slide is a game Cher for

[4:43] me the stuff I can put up there the

[4:46] bulky things the things that are just

[4:49] always in the way no longer a

[4:51] frustration for me they've got a place

[4:53] now I've been struggling with that for

[4:55] six months I didn't struggle with that

[4:58] for six months because

[5:02] of some superficial reason like why

[5:04] couldn't I just get organized

[5:07] because my space was not adapted to how

[5:11] I organize

[5:13] things I had to adapt my environment to

[5:20] me and there is a deep Pride joy and

[5:24] pleasure in what I have done

[5:30] you and I were embarking

[5:33] on a new journey

[5:38] together in this new space that I

[5:41] inhabit that I exist in where I am fully

[5:45] integrated you're going to see a new

[5:47] side of

[5:50] me and it's not going to shy away from

[5:52] the hard truths I'm sorry but you need

[5:54] to hear

[5:58] them that that is where growth

[6:01] happens discomfort is where growth

[6:06] happens and that is why I'm going to the

[6:08] Pacific Northwest for the

[6:12] winter and not to Florida
