Refund Policy

Effective May 14, 2026

7-day money-back guarantee. Within 7 days of starting a paid subscription, you can cancel and receive a full refund of every charge made on that subscription. The refund is processed instantly from your realm's Subscription tab — no email required.

1. Eligible Plans

The money-back guarantee applies to paid subscriptions:

The Free plan does not involve payment and is not subject to this policy.

2. When the Window Starts

The 7-day window begins on your subscription start date — the moment your first payment for a paid plan was processed. It does not reset on renewals or plan changes. If you upgrade from Standard to Pro on day 3, the guarantee still expires on day 7 from your original Standard start.

This is a one-time guarantee per realmholder. Once you have used the money-back refund on any subscription under your account, it cannot be claimed again — on any future subscription, on any realm you own, ever. Re-subscribing after a refund does not re-open the window.

3. How the Refund Works

From your realm's Subscription tab inside Settings, the "Cancel & refund" button appears when you are within the 7-day window. Clicking it:

If you are outside the 7-day window, you can still cancel at any time from the Subscription tab. Your realm will remain on its current plan until the end of the billing period, then drop to Free. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid billing cycle outside the guarantee window.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to: accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles across the same account, or coordinated refund activity across multiple accounts owned by the same operator.
